DESC: Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with McLane Research Laboratories located in East Falmouth, MA for NOAA Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL) to provide 1 RAS-3-48-500 with titanium frame; 48 47mm filter holder on each sample; 1 50-port valve overhaul kit, and 1 repair 25-port valve.
