Description

USS GRAPPLE (ARS-53) Drydocking Phased Maintenance Fixed Price Availability (DPMF) to be worked at the contractor's plant. The work includes drydocking, miscellaneous electrical, mechanical, and structural repairs. To qualify for an award under this solicitation, the offeror must execute a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA). If not previously done, adequate time must exist to allow proper assessment of the contractor's data. The time and place for the contractor's inspection is to be determined. The place of performance is restricted to homeport. This is a Best Value solicitation. Contractors are encouraged to submit past performance data with their proposals.
