The Department of the Army, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico is soliciting the following: Item No.1Nomenclature: Forklift, Narrow Aisle Electric Powered, Make: Yale, Model: NR 035 AC (24V), Load Capacity: 3500 lbs., Quantity: One Each / Item No. 2 One each Industrial Battery 12-E140-15 865 AH / Item No. 3 One each, Industrial Battery Charger W3-12-1050, 3 PH, 60 HZ / Item No. 4 Equipment Freight / Item No. 5 Equipment Installation / Item No. 6 One year equipment maintenance/ service agreement, upon award, to be in accordance with the Statement of Work. Service shall be performed locally in Puerto Rico.
