Description

This is the third modification to a prior notice posted on 7 Nov. 2001. The PRD and all referenced material have been provided on a website in lieu of providing them via CD mailed to requesters. The Industry Day briefing charts are also posted on a website and will be available via CD upon request. Answers to questions will be posted on a website by 19 Dec. 2001 in lieu of mailing a CD. Contractors interested in submitting a White Paper and receiving access to the referenced documents, and who are not attending Industry Day, must complete the certification process as outlined in the prior CBD notices. When the certification process has been completed, website access will be provided. A Draft RFP will be issued mid December and will be available at http://procnet.pica.army.mil.
