Description

Small Business Set-Aside Competition. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command intends to procure development, evaluation, modification and maintenance of databases and analytical forecasting models to support the OPNAV Assessment Division and other Navy and DoD organizations. Data products and models must be able to undergo significant changes due to new Planning, Programming and Budgetary System (PPBS) cycles. Existing data products and models must be verified and updated regularly and must be available on short notice to meet requirements of the OPNAV environment. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee Level-of-Effort contract is envisioned for this procurement. This requirement will require a base year plus four option years for a total estimated contract value of $4M. This requirement was previously advertised, in Draft, as N00039-01-R-2201. Currently the Final RFP release is planned for 20 December 2001. Contract award is anticipated by 31 March 2002.
