Description

Provide heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) preventive maintenance and repair services at the Hoffman Buildings I and II, 2461 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, Virginia. The period of performance will be for an initial base period of March 1, 2002 through February 28, 2003, and will include four one-year option periods. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $5 million.
