TASK ORDER 0001/CONTRACT DAAA09-02-D-0006, STONE & WEBSTER. AMOUNT OF TASK ORDER 0001/CONTRACT DAAA09-02-D-0006: $22,848,057. SOLICITATION NUMBER: DAAA09-99-R-0090, ISSUED: 26 OCT 2000, CLOSED: 27 JAN 2001 SERVICE DESCRIPTION: Multiple task order awards awarded under solicitation DAAA09-99-R-0090 based on best value, formal source selection. Each contract has a minimum ordering quantity of $100,000 and a maximum ordering quantity of $300M within a sixty month ordering period. The NSSCII basic contracts provide for the capability of on-site destruction of chemical warfare material (CWM) located at various sites throughout the United States. The basic contract(s) provide for the capability of designing, building, and testing of CWM demilitarization systems; of operating the necessary systems to demilitarize and ultimately dispose of all buried or recovered non-stockpile CWM at a typical site; or of off-site transportation for destruction at an alternate location. As ordered by task order, the NSSCII requirements will include program management and integration, equipment design, design upgrade or modification, fabrication, engineering, system development and integration, testing, system operations (CWM demilitarization), and former production facility decontamination and disposal. All activities conducted in the support of the Non-Stockpile Systems Contract (NSSC) shall be compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
