Description

YPC01248000269 NSN 1710-00-936-6383 (03111) P/N 52D338-1, (21439) P/N 52-D-2804. Deliver 24 each; 15 each to New Cumberland, Pa and 9 each to Tracy California. This solicitation contains an option for increased quantities, 13 each, to be exercised within the contract delivery minus 14 days. This solicitation will be available on the internet at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/rfq/ 15 days after this notice is published. Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be acepted. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive, technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under authority of U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). Approved sources are; E W Bliss Co (03111) and Engineered Arresting Systems Corp (21439). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitatrion. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
