Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Flange Bolt with modified hex drive and modified washer diameter with the following measurements 5/16-24UNJF-3A x .500 long, Hex 0r 12 pt, Flange Diameter .519, Flange Thickness .087, Material: Cres PH13-8Mo, Tensile Strength 200K PSI PN HFBX032008 , Qty 8,000. This requirement is sole sourced to American Fastener Technologies Corp., Nine Frontier Drive, Gibsonia, PA 15044-7999 as the only vendor willing to produce this part. Any firms believing that they can provide the Flange Bolt may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
