Description

The following changes are hereby made to the proposed procurement. Procurement is for the base year and two option terms. Quantities per year for the three boots combined are as follows: Base: Min 97,142 pr, Max 403,916 pr; Options: 97,142 pr, Max 403,916 pr. Four awards are anticipated and the quantity will be split 35/30/20/15%. If four awards cannot be made, the Government reserves the right to make three awards with a 40/35/25% split. While we are not indicating which percent scenario will be set-aside for small businesses, if four awards are made, small business concerns will receive at least 65% of the total quantity awarded. If three awards are made, small business concerns will receive at least 60% of the quantity awarded.
