Description

The VAMC, Salem, Virginia will issue o/a January 2, 2002, RFP 658-25-02, ADHC SERVICES. Contractor shall provide adult day health care (ADHC) services to veterans residing in the Martinsville/Danville area (Henry County) of south central Virginia. Contractor facility shall meet VA standards for ADHC Services as promulgated in 38 CFR Part 17.51c through 17.51e and be licensed to operate as such in compliance with Commonwealth of Virginia requirements. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. NAICS 624190 applies with a small business size standard of $5M in gross annual receipts. This procurement is a commerical item acquisition conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and applicable sections of FAR Part 15. The solicitation will be available for download at no charge o/a January 2, 2002 via the VA Business Opportunities System website at http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm.
