Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate a SOLE SOURCE procurement with Pitney Bowes, Inc,to provide Equipment Maintenance Services for the following Pitney Bowes Mailing Equipment: Models N900 E200, E520,E500,E690,U560,5820,B510,A530,B610,JO86,UB3W,for the period of 01/02/2002 thru 12/31/2002. This award will be made utilizing the Simplified acquisitions procedures under FAR subpart 13.5. Award will be based on meeting the requirement listed above. All interested parties must submit a cost proposal that demonstrate capability to provide annual maintenance services for the Pitney Bowes mailing equipment within 1 day after date of this publication. Awardee must complete an SF-3381, ACH/Vendor miscellaneous Payment Enrollment Form, for payment via electronic funds transfer Quotes are acceptable by mail or fax to 202 927-8688 to ATTN: Sonia Goodman All responses must be in writing, No telephone inquires will be accepted.
