Description

This announcement is a notice of proposed contract action for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The requirement is for a Military Strategic Studies Resea rcher/Instructor for the 34th Education Group at the USAF Academy. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price purch ase order for the required services. Interested persons may identify their interest and must provide their capability to re spond to the requirement based on the attached Statement of Work. Performance for this requirement at the Air Force Academy is from 1 Jan 02 to 31 Dec 02, and any offeror(s) must be actively registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base. Responses are due by NLT 3:00 MST on 21 Dec 01. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contra ct based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
