Description

This announcement is for RFQ #DAHA23-01-T-0020. Quotations are being requested and a written copy of this RFQ may be viewed at http://www.uspfo-mo.org. Bids are due no later than 12/27/01 at 12:00 Noon CST. All incorporated provision and clauses are cur rent through FAC 01-02. This solicitation is being conducted on an "unrestricted basis" under NAICS 531110. Statement of requirement is: Completely furnished housing. Housing must include 13 single bedrooms and 40 double bedrooms (to include linens and the doubles to have 2 beds); completely furnished kitchen/kitchenettes; furnished living room (to include TV and cable); bathroom with linens; local telephone service; laundry washer and dryer and all utilities furnished. Location of Housing: Within 1 0 minutes of Kansas City, MO International Airport and close to shopping areas. The housing parking lot large enough to handle a 40 passenger bus plus approximately 100 passenger vehicles. Housing to have maid service -- state frequency and type of maid s ervice you provide. State in your quotation the security you provide for your facility. The Government desires housing to begin 1/5/02 through 2/4/02. Government will have the option to extend rental periods on a weekly basis up to 3/31/02. US Dept of Labor Wage Rates #94-2307 (Rev 21) applies. Evaluation factors, in order of importance, will be ability of contractor to meet requirements, to include all lodgings in same area; pricing, security and past performance. Government will award a contract re sulting from this solicitation to the responsible offer whose quotation, conforming to this notice, will offer the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following FAR provision and clauses are applicable to this solicitatio n and are incorporated by reference. FAR Clauses 52.212-1, -2, -3, -4 and 52.212-5 and 52.217-8. Following DFAR clauses apply 252.252-1, -2; 252-212-7001 and 7001. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions, h owever, Government reserves the right to conduct discussions with vendors in the competitive range, if determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. All interested parties must submit the following information with your quote. Address each item i n the above requirements (# rooms, location, etc); submit at least three past references with whom you have done business with. Submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror's Representation and Certifications with your quote submittal. Successful awa rdee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Data Base (CCR). Include your Federal Tax ID, DUNS number and CAGE code with your quote.
