Description

YPC01317001062 NSN 3040-00-670-8920 (07482) p/n 514D323G1 and (24446) p/n 514D323G1. This solicitation contains a 50% option, qty 447 each, for increased quantities to be exercised within the contract delivery period minus 14 days. This solicitation will be available on the internet at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/frq/ 15 days after this notice is published. Requests for hard copies of this sollicitation will not be accepted. This requisition is for supplies for which the Government does not have complete, unrestrictive, technical date; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under authority of U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Approved sources are; General Electric Co (07482) and (24446). This is an unrestricted acquisition. It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
