Description

This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation -- a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% set-aside for small business, NAICS Code 421440, Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. Technology Applications Office intends to purchase the following equipment 1 0 each, Maxtor Maxattach 4300, 400 GB, Model E400DAA (Must be same make and model). Pricing is to be FOB Destination. Please indicate delivery time on your quote. Delivery location is Fort Bragg, NC and delivery date is 30 days ARO or sooner. This solic itation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04.
