Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole source contract to Analytical Engines Inc., 7918 Jones Branch Drive/Suite 600, McLean, VA, 22102. DISA has a requirement to renew fifteen (15) single-user NetRule user licenses. The NetRule software provides the ability to plan network changes. It uses queuing theory, mathematical modeling, search algorithms, expert systems, and component-level simulations to quickly and accurately predict the performance network systems. Details of the specification will be faxed upon request. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an award under other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2302 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
