Description

This is an amendment to the Tera Hertz Operational Reachback (THOR) solicitation published on 10 Dec 01. The proposal due date has not been effected by this amendment. Proposals for this effort are still due by no later than 30 Jan 02, 4:00 p.m. local time. The following change is hereby made to Section A.1(b) fifth paragraph, "> 2.5 gigahertz (GHz)" should read ">2.5 gigabits/sec (Gbps)". All other conditions of this paragraph remain the same.
