Description

R-U. S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Global Programs (OGP) intends to negotiate with Hydrologic Research Center, San Diego, CA. For the continuation with the design and development of the rainfall estimation, and real-time flash flood prediction components of the prototype flash flood warning system implemented in Panama, Central America, in collaboration with NWS. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference 200014
