Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. The Government intends to award on a Sole Source basis, an order to KenCast Inc.Ultra Reliable Multicast System for files and streams, Fazzt 6.2 Basic Introductory Kit IP Version, quantity 3ea. To contain FAZZT Standard Host-HUB, qty. 1 license, FAZZT Standard Client, qty 2 licenses, and FAZZT Standard Publisher, qty 2 Licenses. Must include Annual Maintenance on all the above. No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be made based on technically acceptable low bids. "Numbered Note 22 applies, however, all offers received within 15 days (in lieu of 45 days) after date of publication of original synopsis will be considered by the Government".
