Description

Naval Facility Contracts Office (NAVFACCO) intends to solicit, negotiate and award a contract for early detection of fuel leak for the Navy?s underground and above ground bulk fuel storage tanks and their extensive piping systems including those in areas of high water table with the least intrusive method when pipes are uniquely located near structure, under major roads and runways and determining the existence of leaks with the lowest probability of false alarm, with Vista Research Inc. at 755 North Mary Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085, on a Sole Source basis. Vista Research Inc. is the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Government requirements. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), for one base year and four (1 year) options. NOTE 22
