Description

VA Connecticut Healthcare System is seeking to procure chronic care dialysis services. Services are to be provided to eligible VA patients at contractor's facilities. The Basic Ordering Agreement will be awarded for a six month period. Solicitation package will include one additional option year period. NAICS code 621492 applies to this procurement. The solicitation package (approximately 30 pages) can be viewed or downloaded, at no charge, from the link on this page (if no link is shown then solicitation has not been posted yet). Solicitation shall be posted on or about December 19, 2001. Should interested parties wish to obtain a hard copy of the solicitation package, it is available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00, payable by certified check or money order to VA Connecticut Healthcare System.
