Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and bids are being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DAKF23-02-Q-0019 and it is issued as an RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circu lar 97-27. This solicitation is a proposed sole source award to Robertson Aviation, L.L.C., 1024 East Vista Del Cerro Drive, Tempe, AZ 85281-5709. The NAICS code is 336413 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The following line item n umbers are applicable: 0001, Robertson Aviation A-Kits, HM025-500-11, 10 ea. Items are required NLT 1 Jun 01. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this RFQ: The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The addendum to the provision at 52.212-1 deletes paragraphs (d), (e), (g), (h), and (i). Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid is responsive to the terms of the request for quote and is most advantageous to the Govern ment. All offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer (copies can be found on Director of Contracting web page). The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, is applicable to this acquisition. The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items is applicable to this acquisition.
