Navy Ballistic Missile Defense Conference March 19-20, 2002 Crystal Forum, Arlington, VA The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), in conjunction with the United States Navy announces the 2002 Ballistic Missile Defense Conference focusing on the theme, "Engineering the System for Deployment." This event will examine the Navy's BMD engineering and deployment plans and identify opportunities to assure that the Navy deploys a sea-based missile defense capability as soon as possible. This 1 day event will feature key Navy, Department of Defense and industrial leaders responsible for the engineering and deployment of Naval BMD systems. Confirmed speakers include RADM Mike Moe, Director, United States Navy Missile Defense; Lt Gen Ronald Kadish, Director, Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (BMDO); RADM Kathleen Paige, Technical Director, BMDO.
