AMENDENT U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN TULSA, OKLAHOMA Project #0OK0025 This amendment expands the delineated area: Requirements: General Services Administration is interested in leasing office space consisting of approximately 23,200 square feet of rentable space. Rental space must yield 18,341 to 20,175 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet for the Social Security Administration in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A total of 85 parking spaces are required. All services, supplies, and utilities are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space shall conform to GSA requirements for the fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. Lease Term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Unique Requirements: All space must be contiguous. Location: Offered properties must be serviced by the municipal utilities of Tulsa, Oklahoma within the areas delineated below: North -- 11th St. S. South -- 91st St. S. East -- Garnett St. West -- Peoria Ave. OR Within the circle bounded by IH 244 on the West and North and IH 444 on the South and East This delineated area above excludes that portion located in the City Limits of Jenks. All properties offered must be within the city limits of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Expressions of interest should include the following: Building or site name and address; contact person with phone number. Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from item 1, above. 3) Rentable square feet offered and RSF rent rate. Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet. Common Area Factor(s) for available space on floor, if applicable. Evidence of authority to represent the owner. Responses previously received from the original notice will be considered and need not be resubmitted. Written responses are required no later than January 22, 2002. Verbal responses will not be considered. Arrangements will be made for inspection of properties at a later date.
