General Services Administration Seeks Sources for Land in McAlester, Oklahoma Project 1OK0037 The General Services Administration is interested in obtaining an assignable, no cost option to purchase a site, which is capable of meeting the following requirements: Approximately ? to 1 acre, allowing for a 30 foot setback from street right of way on all sides of the building. Located in a commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings. Streets and public sidewalks shall be well maintained. Location amenities including, but not limited to, eating facilities, retail shops, cleaners, banks, etc. should be located within 1? miles. Ideally, one or more modes of public transportation will also be available -- preferred but not mandatory. The site offered should be within the city limits of McAlester, Oklahoma. Upon selection of the site, GSA will be competing developers to construct an office building of approximately 6940 rentable square feet of space in addition to a minimum of 34 outside parking spaces for use by the Social Security Administration.
