General Services Administration Seeks Sources for Leased Office Space in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Requirements: U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 4,475 -- 4,900 rentable square feet yielding approximately 3,900-4,300 usable square feet of which 2,400 usable square feet will be warehouse/storage area in Oklahoma City, OK to be occupied by the Fish and Wild Life Service. Location: Offered properties must be within the following boundaries -- South: Britton Road, West: Portland Avenue (Highway 74), North: Waterloo Road (Oklahoma/Logan County Line), East: Interstate 35. Lease Term: The lease shall be for10 years, 8 years firm. Occupancy: Occupancy is required as soon as possible. Expressions of Interest should include the following: Building name and address: contact person with phone number. Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from item above. Rentable square feet offered and RSF rent rate. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable. RSF rate for "as is" space and any standard TI's offered. Written responses are required no later than January 2, 2002; verbal responses will not be considered. Arrangements will be made for inspection of properties.
