General Services Administration Seeks Sources for Land in Poteau, Oklahoma Project Number 1OK0032 The General Services Administration is interested in obtaining an assignable, no cost option to purchase a site, which is capable of meeting the following requirements: Approximately 2/3 to ? acres, allowing for a 30 foot setback from street right of way on all sides of the building. Located in a commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings. Streets and public sidewalks shall be well maintained. Location amenities including, but not limited to, eating facilities, retail shops, cleaners, banks, etc. should be located within 1? miles. Ideally, one or more modes of public transportation will also be available -- preferred but not mandatory. The site offered should be within the city limits of Poteau, Oklahoma. Upon selection of the site, GSA will be competing developers to construct an office building of approximately 5984 rentable square feet of space in addition to a minimum of 23 outside parking spaces for use by the Social Security Administration.
