Description

INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE. The U.S. Army Engineer District announces its intention to award a sole source contract to Siemens Building Technologies. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, parts and all other materials and service necessary to perform maintenance and repair service including diagnosis, repair and or replacement of failed components of existing heating/ventilation/air conditioning (HVAC)Apogee control system in accordance with specification herein. Services are to be performed at the New Orleans District Headquarters 7400 Leake Ave, New Orleans, LA 70118 Attn: Shelton Kennedy 504-862-2007. Base plus four option years. Firms that believe they can provide the required services described above should identify themselves in writing to Contract Specialist. Such firms must submit supporting evidence in detail to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirement. This notice is not a request for quotes.
