Description

The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, Jackson, MS has requirements for eyeglasses for veterans for the South Central Veterans Healthcare Network (SCVAHN) for the following medical centers: Alexandria, LA; Biloxi, MS; Fayetteville, AR; Houston, TX; Jackson, MS; Little Rock, AR; Muskogee, OK; New Orleans, LA; Oklahoma City, OK; and Shreveport, LA. Exams will be provided at specified locations for Jackson, MS; New Orleans,LA; Oklahoma City, OK; and Shreveport, LA. Multiple awards will be made based on best value to the government to best meet the needs of the veterans. The contractor shall provide finished product within seven (7) working days of receipt of prescription. Contract duration period is March 1, 2002 thru February 28, 2003 with four (4) option years. The award of this solicitation is subject to the availability of funding.
