The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission intends to enter into a sole source purchase order with King Publishing Group f or the acquisition of an unlimited nationwide electronic site license to the publication entitled "Energy Daily". Energy Dai ly is a unique daily periodical which specializes in nuclear and energy information. This periodical is published only by Ki ng Publishing Group under copyright. The period of performance for use of this site license is one year with one option year . A request for quotation does not exist. Interested respondents must submit a written capability statement including techni cal information sufficient to demonstrate their ability to provide this publication to the address shown above no later than 10 calendar days from date announcement appears in the Commerce Business Daily. Telephonic responses will not be considered . Responses providing insufficient information for evaluation will also not be considered.
