Description

NSN: 8415-01-180-0370(S), MIL-L-43498. This acquisition is for a quantity of 33,000 minimum / 49,500 maximum Liners. Destinations are New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Production leadtime is 210 days. Solicitation shall be issued using a total Small Business Set-Aside. Best value source selection procedures shall be utilized. The following evaluation factors shall be used: production demonstration models (PDMs), past performance, socioeconomic program support, industrial mobilization, and DLA business mentoring agreements. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal for consideration by DSCP. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments.
