Description

The contractor shall remove and dispose of trash and garbage, located at the United States Penitentiary Lee County, Virginia and the Satellite Federal Prison Camp. The contractor shall provide two totally enclosed 37 cubic yard self contained dumpsters, to include but not limited to the following: the contractor shall be required to fabricate and install an enclosure over the hopper(s), overlapping hinged doors that can be padlocked in two locations. The contract will weld chains on the main compactor door to allow the government the ability to place padlocks on the dumping door(s), in at least three locations. The contractor shall fabricate and install skid rails, out of one half inch thick steel plating (1/2") and guide rails anchored to the ground, to reduce damage to the road suface. In addition, the contractor shall proved 8 yard covered dumpster, provided with metal lids capable of being padlocked at two location. Dumpsters to be placed at a location specified by the government.
