- 25- Sources Sought: The Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) is seeking companies experienced and capable of performing in-situ phosphate remediation of lead contaminated soil. The ESTCP intends to select a number of companies to participate in a demonstration project conducted in two phases. Phase I will include laboratory studies and phase II will be dependent upon the results of the laboratory studies. Information provided should include a description of the basic scientific approach, limitations of the technology, related project experience, documented performance and a point of contact.
