- The Closing date and time for submission of proposals is extended from 04 January 2002, 5:00 PM Eastern to 10 January 2002, 5:00 PM Eastern. This amendment includes revisions to the RFP, Attachment 1 to the RFP, Section C.5 of the PWS, the Technical Exhibits to the PWS and the list of GFE. Also provided are answers to questions previously submitted by prospective offerors. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
