Description

This is AMENDMENT 0003 to a combined synopsis/solicitation for Request for Proposal USZA22-02-R-0051. The purpose of this amendment is to change the maximum duration of the Course of Instruction and to extend the due date for proposals. The proposal due date/time is hereby extended to December 19, 2001 at 2:00 PM. Offerors who have already submitted proposals must either revise their proposals or acknowledge this Amendment via email and state they will not be making changes to their proposals. Proposals must be submitted in electronic format via email to hollandm2@socom.mil (with a copy to spurlik@socom.mil). SPECIFIC CHANGE IS AS FOLLOWS: In the "STATEMENT OF WORK" section, the first sentence of Paragraph 2.2 is reworded to read " The Course of Instruction (COI) shall be no more than ten (10) weeks consisting of required didactic/classroom training and field experiential training." All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. IMPORTANT REMINDER TO ALL OFFERORS: PLEASE READ THE PROPOSAL SUMBISSION INSTRUCTIONS IN THE SOLICITATION TO ENSURE THAT YOUR PROPOSAL CONTAINS ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION. OMMISSIONS IN YOUR PROPOSAL MAY RENDER IT UNAWARDABLE.
