NSN1095-01-223-1618, Override, Inflight Bomb Rack. ASO/NAVSEA/AVSCOM Critical Item. DLAD 52.246-9004, Product Verification Testing, applies. ISO 9002 or a 'tailored' program meeting the following ISO 9002 paragraphs applies: 4.5, Document Control: limited to inspection and testing as well as applicable drawings, specifications and instructions required by contract 4.6, Purchasing: 4.6.1 and limited to 4.6.2 A)and 4.6.4.2, all other parts of paragraph are hereby deleted 4.7, Customer-Supplied Product: 4.8, Product Identification and Traceability: 4.10, Inspection and Testing: 4.11, Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment: 4.12, Inspection and Test Status: 4.13, Control of Nonconforming Product: 4.14 Corrective and Preventive Action: paragraph 4.14.3 applies to product only 4.16, Quality Records: FAR Clause 52.246-11 applies First Article Testing is required I/A/W SQAP-GNPTS-0005. This is a CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM. =20 Approved codes and part numbers are: (04320) 000-966, (04320)1534AS401, (05DN8) 1534AS401, (88277) 1534AS401, (8V613)1534AS401. Items are to be shipped FOB destination to the following locations: 306 EA to N00189, Defense Dist. Depot Norfolk, VA 23512-0001, 159 EA to W62G2T, Defense Dist. Depot San Joaquin, Tracy, CA 95376-5000. Government First Article Test units are requested to be submitted within 105 days. Total required delivery, including time for submission of the FAT as well as time required for testing, is 340 days. Immediate requirement is for 465 EA; total quantity with 100% option is 930 EA. Notes 12 and 26 apply. This solicitation will be available on its issue date of 1/11/02 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
