Any manufacturer other than Parker Hannifin must submit a complete SAR package for evaluation in order to be considered for award (reference FAR 52.217-9002 and 52.217-9G04). Critical Application Item. No drawings or sample parts available. Other than full and open competition. Origin inspection required. FOB is destination; Delivery 179 Aro, Total requested quantity is 86 each. Notes 26 applies. The government intends to award this requirement as a delivery order against Basic Ordering Agreement.
