Description

The following services are to be procured on a firm fixed price contract. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) has a requirement for Firing Range Cleanings per scope of work, reference BATF Request for Quote No. 020006. This procurement is a small business set aside. Award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. All interested parties must submit a quote by Dec. 31, 2001. Award will be made to the offeror meeting all specifications. The successful Offeror must meet the following criterias: technical capability and best value to the government. Any technical questions must be submitted in writing, sent by fax and answers will be made no later than 4:30 PM closing date of publication. No further questions can be asked after the closing date. Awardee must complete a SF-3381, ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment Form, for payment via Electronic Funds Transfer, (EFT). Quotes will be accepted by mail or facsimile machine (202) 927-8688, Attn: Angel Matthews-Warren. No Telephone requests or inquiries will be accepted.
