Description

Perform exhaust piping and anchor windlass mod (53D) repairs on the USS HURRICANE (PC 3) and USS MONSOON (PC 4), RAV. Please contact Contract Specialist for place of performance and for performance dates. This procurement is a Small-Business Set-Aside. All San Diego sources who currently hold, or are qualified for and willing to enter into an Agreement for Boat Repair (DFAR 217.17) prior to award, may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess a Master Ship Repair Agreement/Agreement for Boat Repair (as applicable) are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of their MSRA/ABR application and to execute the applicable to distribute the applicable NAVSEA Standard Items.
