Description

Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract for the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary (CINMS). Purpose of proposed acquisition is to provide research vessel technician and coordination services for a one-year period. Proposed contractor possesses unique skills and abilities operating R/V XANTU in and around the CINMS Sanctuary near Santa Barbara, California. Proposed contractor supported CINMS research programs for several years and possesses unique knowledge of XANTU systems and safety requirements.
