This is a combined synopsis solicitation for the following services: Up to 400 Hours (prorated to 325 Hours for Year 1) of a TAM's time (Technical Account Manager) for proactive technical consulting and account management services Up to 800 Hours (prorated to 700 Hours for Year 1) of a Windows NT ASP's time (Alliance Support Professional) for proactive, technical consulting and incident resolution Up to 800 Hours (prorated to 700 Hours for Year 1) of an Exchange ASP's time (Alliance Support Professional) for proactive, technical consulting and incident resolution TAM/ASP Hours can be used for: -- Support Consulting -- Remote Diagnosis & Debug -- Multivendor Coordination Orientation and Planning Session Included Escalation Management Included Support Usage Reports Included Monthly Status Meetings Included Technical Support 70 Support Incidents (prorated to 60 Incidents for Year 1) Hot Fixes Included Critical Problem Alerts Included Multivendor Coordination Included Technical Information Services NewsFlashes Included Expert Roundtable Participation Included Unlimited-user ServiceDesk license (An unlimited number of users may access the World Wide Web site exclusive to Premier customers. Two account numbers are issued -- one for access to information only, and the second to submit online service requests.) Included 14 Microsoft TechNet Plus Subscription (single server) 1 Microsoft Developer Network Subscription (Universal edition ? single user) 6 Site Visits (prorated to 5 Site Visits for Year 1) Prorated for Year 1 (~10.3 months) 3 Option Years (12 months for each year)
