Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to purchase WESTLAW, an online, fully-interactive computer-assisted legal research service through an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with the Library of Congress FEDLINK. It is anticipated that the period of performance for this service will be from January 1 -- September 30, 2002. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation documents are available. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurements which is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Any written response should include full costing information, as well as descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bonafide capacity to meet the requirements. Written responses must be received within five days of publication of this synopsis.
