Description

This is a Source Selection Best Value solicitation to provide three cells to the existing landfill (approximately 11 acres) including leachate collection, gravel haul road, related site work and incidental related work. Project also includes approximately three miles of paved bike trail. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, engineering, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and transportation to perform all of the services described in the plans and specifications. The contractors will be required to provide: (1) Corporate Experience, (2) Quality Control and Key Personnel, (3) Past Performance, (4)Support for Small Business, and (5) Proposed Schedule. The approximate Solicitation Release Date is 09 January 2002. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format via the Internet.
