P RON: AX2Q0015AX, NSN: 6610-01-226-7612, PN: 406-075-826(-103), Quantity: 20 each, this is a five year IDIQ with a minimum quantity of 20 each and a maximum quantity of 140 each applicable to the OH-58D. Required delivery without First is 20 each, 170 DAC A. F.O.B. Destination with a quantity of 20 each going to New Cumberland, PA. This item is restricted to Aerosonic Corporation, 1212 N. Hercules Ave., Clearwater, FL 34625 and Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., 600 E. Hurst Blvd., Hurst, TX 76053. This par t must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify th emselves.
