First Article/preproduction approval required, Government testing. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), option to extend term of contract (48 months). More than one source. 202 days ARO, destination. Notes 1 and 9 apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
