Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. 90 Days ARO, Destination. Notes 22 and 26 apply. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price type contract with a 100% increased option for a quantity of 230 each.
