- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Jeol USA Inc. on other than full and open competitive basis the purchase of a one year service maintenance on the following items: a JEM 3010 Electron Microscope, part JEM-3010, a high resolution scanning unit, part #ASID,a back scattered unit, part #BEI, a water chiller, part #R175, a side entry Goniometer, part #SEG, and a turbo molecular pump unit, part #TMP. Sole source is based on equipment being proprietary to Jeol USA Inc. See note (s) 22.
