Description

This is a Modification No. 1 to the pre-solicitation synopsis posted on FedBizOpps on November 2, 2001. The purpose of the modification is to cancel the pre-solicitation synopsis and advise Offerors that a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) will be posted on FedBizOpps in early January, 2002 with a proposal due date of approximately 45 calendars after issuance of the BAA. Offerors who have previously registered for this procurement on the Volpe Center Acquisition Management Division home page will not be required to register for the electronic version of the BAA.
