Description

The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (TDA) wishes to announce its intent to sole source a follow on contract to Justin Tomljanovic to continue to provide advisory assistance for the European Region of TDA. Mr. Tomljanovic is uniquely qualified to perform this work because of his prior involvement in the Region's ongoing projects. The avoidance of untimely delays which would be caused by the learning curve that would be required by any other contractor is unacceptable and would hinder the implementation of TDA's time-sensitive programs. TDA estimates the cost of this work not to exceed $31,080 during the period of performance of nine months. This announcement is for notification purposes only. No offers to perform this work will be considered.
